Objectives

1. To relieve human need, hardship, poverty and suffering by promoting the care of children without families or parents able to care for them, especially amongst children at high risk worldwide such as AIDS orphans or street children, including by supporting the provision of emergency foster care and extended family and community based substitute families able to meet their needs without racial, political or religious discrimination.

2. To advance education by making or supporting the provision of education and training for such orphaned and vulnerable children worldwide without racial, political or religious discrimination;

3. To advance the education of persons caring for such orphaned and vulnerable children worldwide and those who are willing to support them.
